Two federal agencies, two very different jobs. GSA's Federal Acquisition Service needed a Salesforce platform to manage the pipeline of contracting opportunities flowing through the government's largest buying organization. NIST needed an O&M model that would keep its own Salesforce instance reliable for the scientists depending on it.
I led a cross-functional team of consultants and developers across both engagements — running Scrum, gathering requirements, deploying with Earned Value Management, and turning case backlogs and resolution times into something predictable. The FAS work alone enabled the downstream movement of $106B in contracting opportunities.
