GSA's Public Buildings Service is the federal government's landlord — millions of square feet of courthouses, labs, and offices across every state. Their existing PMIS couldn't keep up with the scale of capital projects and leasing operations running on top of it.
I drove the procurement, FedRAMP authorization, and rollout of a new cloud-native PMIS used by PBS staff and tenant agencies to manage the full real-estate lifecycle. The migration moved 3,000+ users onto a modern product, cut reporting errors materially, and gave facility managers a tool that finally matched the complexity of the portfolio they were running.
