Government Resource Planner

GRP started as an argument inside GSA's Public Buildings Service IT: rather than buying yet another reporting tool, build a custom low-code platform and rationalize the long tail of single-purpose apps onto it. I made the case, got it funded, and shipped it.

The work covered the full arc — PropTech innovation pipeline, MVP design, fundraising, and the architecture decisions that let facility managers configure their own workflows without filing a ticket. The platform was later folded into GSA's broader Application Modernization Project funded by the Technology Modernization Fund.
