Electronic invoicing service management for a leading Spanish bank.
La Caixa was one of the first major Spanish banks to take electronic invoicing seriously as a service offering — not a back-office utility, but a product their corporate customers would log into and use. Fujitsu was building the platform; I joined the team that shipped it.
The work focused on service management — the operational backbone that turns a piece of fintech infrastructure into something a bank can actually offer to thousands of business clients with SLAs attached. Spanish-language delivery, EMEA banking compliance, and a fintech category that was still being invented as I went.
